WOW! That’s the only thing we kept thinking the entire weekend we were here for our wedding. Absolutely everything was perfect. Seriously the best wedding ever. We first met Helen in February 08…before we were even engaged! Within 5 minutes we knew she was the right person for us. After we got engaged the emails began to flow. Back and forth we wrote, almost every day, for the next year – I don’t know what I am going to do without my email buddy!!!!

Not only was she an extraordinary wedding planner, she went above and beyond on too many occasions - from getting a visa within a day, to organising a charter plane within an hour. During the ceremony there was music coming from up the road and within minutes, she was in her car and the music stopped!!! She didn’t even mention this – it was our photographer who told us the next day.

Helen, we cannot thank you enough for making all four days of our wedding events so memorable. Everyone told me their wedding day went by within the blink of an eye, and that I should try to enjoy mine. Well I enjoyed every minute of it and it really is all because of you.

I know for sure that we will always be in touch - as I finish this note I can feel tears welling in my eyes. The last four days have been so amazing – words cannot really express how I feel! You are a truly amazing wedding planner and friend!

As you know, our meeting was the direct result of Hurricane Omar. The storm left Cap Juluca to the extent that it would not re-open until after our planned wedding date.

When my daughter come back from her vacation on Anguilla with a diamond ring and a desire to wed on Shoal Bay West I was thrilled!!!

However, I had never been to the island and had no idea how to go about it – so I go on line. I found Helen Richardson - she was so easy to talk to and she seemed to know what was in my mind. I trusted her with my baby girls wedding and it was beautiful.

The day was filled with nerves and excitement but Helen was always calm and in charge. When she held my hand and walked me down to the beach to the wedding guests it was breath taking.

The day, the beach, the flowered arch, the minister, the steel pan music – all perfect. I watched my girl turn into a bride – it was the most beautiful wedding ever – it was easier than I ever thought.

We chose Anguilla over the Grenadines because of the lovely (and helpful!!!) email I received back from Helen almost immediately after I sent mine to her. Thank God we did. Everything about this island from the taxi driver (Howell) to our wonderful staff at Meads Bay Villas was perfect and Helen was the cherry on the top!!!

She assisted us dummies with our license to wed as well as executing the exact wedding we wanted to perfection. Just the 2 of us, private, laid back and on the beach.

Susan our photographer was also wonderful. We could not have wanted anything better – Helen & Susan will remain friends and hope to see them again when we return to the most beautiful island in the Caribbean – and we have been to a lot of them!
