| Anguilla
is world renowned for its uncrowded white
powder sand beaches and its gentle lapping
turquoise waters. With 33 of them, there
is a beach for every mood and activity
– try to visit them all as each has it
own allure that will leave you hard pushed
to find comparisons anywhere else in the
world.
Beachside
Eating
Sandy Ground has a great selection of
eateries for all budgets.
Water
Sports
Shoal Bay East has a great dive centre
that offers a variety of water sports
activities including diving, snorkeling,
wind surfing and water skiing.
Strolling
Meads Bay is long, wide and white – make
your stroll at sunset and go up to Malliouhana
for a cocktail and watch the sun disappear
over the ocean (don’t worry it will be
back tomorrow!!)
Snorkeling
Great snorkeling in calm sheltered waters
can be had at the east end of Rendezvous
Bay or on the rocks under Pimms restaurant
on Maundays Bay.
Beach
Combing
Barnes Bay is quiet and peaceful with
a great wash up of shells and the prettiest
sea glass.
A
Walk on the Wild Side
The Cove is as natural as a beach can
be with very little development at all.
It's a great spot to really get away from
it all with a fantastic view of St Martin.
Really
Get Away
Long Bay is amazing and breathtaking.
With just a few luxury villas and a beachside
restaurant (Oliver’s) that is only open
for dinner – you can really be alone here.
It is long enough to walk, calm enough
to swim and secluded enough to feel that
you are the only people in the world.
